Her passion lies in helping clients rebuild their lives following the devastation caused by life changing injuries. These include (but are not limited to) spinal injury through poorly performed surgery, children with birth injuries and clients who have lost limbs through misdiagnosis.

Joining the company in 1999, her comprehensive knowledge includes dental negligence, permanent injury following surgery, birth/pregnancy, and prescription dosage errors to name a few.
In her role, she works as part of a team which sees more medical negligence enquiries than anyone else in the UK, and this gives her a huge level of expertise and knowledge, having seen nearly every scenario possible in the Medical Negligence field.

After completing a philosophy degree, James completed a Graduate Diploma in Law which led to him starting his legal career in the field of medical negligence. James works in the Serious Injury team, working closely to liaise with clients and accurately review and process medical records needed to ensure that any case is completed in an effective and timely manner. He then lodges the claim with the negligent party, and fights hard to get them to admit liability and also to get clients everything they deserve and are entitled to.

Since 2005, Charlotte has been working as a paralegal. Working on a range of Medical Negligence cases, Charlotte has an extensive knowledge across the field, and has also covered a number of cases dealing primarily with Mesothelioma.
Charlotte’s role covers a number of tasks including the review of current files and medical records, liaising with clients and medical experts, preparing letters of claim and assisting senior solicitors with more complex tasks.

Vicky has a clear passion for medical negligence having previously volunteered at AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents) working for people who have suffered from negligent medical treatment. She brings this passion to her role, making her a valuable member of the team.
Vicky’s role involves dealing with claims from the initial stages, right through to reviewing medical records, instructing nurses and taking witness statements. This helps to take pressure off clients and ensure that the adequate information is obtained before a claim is lodged.
